Our story began with a dream placed on our hearts -- to create something bigger than a fitness studio. Fly Me To The Moon Fit was built through faith, passion, perseverance, and a genuine love for people. Every step of this journey has been driven by compassion and the belief that fitness should be welcoming, uplifting, and accessible to everyone, no matter their age, background, or ability. We wanted to create a place where people could move freely, feel supported, build confidence, and experience joy through movement. From the very beginning our mission has been to lead with heart, encourage others to believe in themselves, and create a community where every person feels seen, valued, and inspired to fly beyond their limitations.

You cannot take part in a bungee class if:
You do not meet the weight requirement of 90 - 300 lbs. This limit is based on the building code regulations for our specific location and may vary at other bungee studios.
You are pregnant or suspect that you might be pregnant.
You have recently undergone surgery and have not received clearance from your doctor to engage in exercise.
You are currently dealing with injuries and have not been cleared by your doctor to exercise.
You suffer from chronic neck or back issues and have not been cleared by your doctor to exercise.
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Participants must be aged 13 and older. Minors can only participate if a parent or guardian is present during private or regular classes.
Parents/Guardians are required to sign the liability waiver.
Chewing gum or eating during class is not allowed, as it poses a choking hazard. If you have irregular blood sugar levels, you may unhook and take a snack.
No spectators are allowed. You cannot bring children or partners to sit and watch, as this is for the comfort of those participating in the class.
Do not swing or act out without permission from the instructor, as this can create safety risks.
If you decide to eat before class, please ensure you give yourself enough time to digest. It is NOT advisable to have a large meal right before class.
Yes! Bungee is indeed a real and effective workout for both cardiovascular health and core strength. While it may seem easy due to the cheerful faces you see in our videos, many participants are surprised by how challenging bungee can be when they try it for the first time. We engage in running and flying against the resistance provided by the bungee cords, utilizing our abdominal muscles to maintain proper form and posture during the exercises. Although this is a low-impact fitness option, it is not without impact. When combined with a tailored dietary plan, bungee fitness can be a powerful tool for fat loss if practiced consistently. We advise all clients aiming to lose weight to consult with medical and health professionals who specialize in nutrition, weight loss, and obesity for an appropriate treatment plan, as this is not our area of expertise. Regular workouts are advantageous for overall health. Our focus is on teaching and leading effective group fitness classes that keep you motivated to return!
Bungee stations are customized for each individual, and the setup process requires some time. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to help guarantee that the class begins on time. DO NOT ARRIVE LATE, as our doors will be locked once the class has started. This policy is in place to prevent anyone from entering during the session, which could pose a risk of injury to themselves or to our participants. Out of respect for those who are already in class, we will not pause a session to accommodate late arrivals. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
We suggest wearing comfortable athletic leggings or bike shorts, along with a tank top or t-shirt, supportive athletic shoes, and a medium to high impact sports bra (if needed). It's best to avoid loose clothing and short shorts. For men, please opt for supportive, fitted attire. Loose basketball shorts and boxers are NOT advisable. Make sure to bring water.
